Validate project· documents: drawings, specifications, BOQ,
schedules, etc. with designers and update all drawings details.
Submit regular reports to the Management: schedule updates,· materials required, change orders etc.
Provide all Subcontracts and Suppliers Proposals with projects materials as per specifications.·
Motivate subordinates.·
Site supervision: discuss,· submit, explain and check all details with technicians & Subcontractors.
Ensure projects are on schedule.·
Meet with clients during project execution to take their suggestions.·
Initiate Purchase Order for projects materials required depend on project specifications.·
