We are looking for a QS who is able to do the following job responsibilies (but not limited to)
- Survey quantities of plans and organize within specific forms.
- Take off quantities and compare with BOQ
- Preapre monthly interim payments for project.
- Check the interim payment submitted by the subcontractor.
- Separate tasks according to their differences and short the specifications and plans relevant to them.
- Contract and follow up with subcontractor on various tasks.
- Receive price offers from contactors.
Any other task / request assigned by direct head.
- Prepares list of any missing items or conflicts faced by quantity server during calculation of quantities.
