- Identifies, develops, and
evaluates annual marketing strategy, based on market characteristics and
trends
- Contributes to the development of the Department's budget and monitors expenditures against defined budget.
· - Formulates, coordinates and implements marketing activities and promotional campaigns to ensure the proper promotion of the company's products and service offerings.
- Assesses key market segments and· target markets, enhances knowledge of key competitors' strategies, and develops plans and strategies to enhance the Company's capacity to compete in the market.
- Keeps abreast of competitor activity and recommends any necessary tactical action.·
- Analyzes market trends and recommends changes to marketing plans and activities based on analysis and research results.·
- Creates a wide range of different marketing materials,· in line with marketing plans.
-· Monitors topics, threads and discussions about the company, its product/services, and brand on media, Internet and social media, and prepares monthly reports on these matters.
- Manages the social· media publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, and creates visual images for these posts, in alignment to the content marketing strategy.
- Proposes,· develops/posts topics, themes, formats and content that will engage audiences on social media and increase customer base.
- Gathers and analyzes customer insights to guarantee customer satisfaction.·
-Responds to audiences' posts and inquiries on social media accounts.·
- Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing communications.·
- Prepares and delivers weekly and monthly reporting as directed/required to support decision making process.·
