Job responsibilities :• Responsible for sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for a number of 'target' customers or a specific geographic territory.• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each "target" and "geographic" account covering the full portfolio of Adsia products and services (core and expansion technologies).• Assemble and coordinate a diverse team of internal & external sales resources to assess customer's needs and address their requirements.• Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Adsia products and services.• Proactively develop large project opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services.• Proactively engage and lead channel partners in selling Adsia products and services.• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.How your success will be measured: Achieve expected new sales and customer retention targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction rates. We offer competitve compensation of a base salary + commission. Base salary is decided based on your experience and commission is based on your performance and sky's the limit.
