Key ResponsibilitiesTasksPart of Team
Responsible for smooth transition of agreed Nordic activities from BMPCMP into local plans and ensure professional implementation of
a Product demonstrations instore
b Consumer activation instore
c Nationalization of materials from Brand Building launch package
d Instore visibility material outside of launch package
All above with the aim to grow turnover total market and market share within category
Main Responsibilities
1. Product demonstrations in store
· Develop local presentation folder for field sales force.
· Development of all materials needed for demonstrations.
· Coordinate the implementation with local agency and ensure that budgets and timings are kept.
2. Consumer activation instore
· Production of all necessary material for the activation signs displays etc
· Develop local presentation folder for field sales force
· Coordinate the implementation with field sales
· Evaluation of activity together with Category Manager.
3. Nationalization of launch package
· Drive the development of all local material together with external agency against the guidelines set in the Brand Building launch package
· Be the expert on local specifics seize of materials timings etc and ensure that they are taken into account in the production process
· Responsible for preparing and deliver material presentation sellin material etc to the sales force shared with Category Manager.
· Evaluate the performance of instore activitiessolutions and suggest corrective actions to visibilityactivity recommendations.
4. Instore visibility outside of launch package
· Together with Category Manager assess the need and create a brief for new material to improve the visibility of our brands instore Coolers shelf pushers etc
· Present the concept at OPmeeting
· Inform fields sales through the presentation folder
· Coordinate the implementation and ensure that budgets and timings are kept
· Ensure the POS material to the channel aboards signage outdoor etc.
5. Manage and drive visibility standards across Nordic
· POS material to the channel aboards signage outdoor etc.
· Manage and secure JIT on POS material process.
6. Miscellaneous tasks
· Ensure that launch information and codes are being sent to Ac Nielsen in local country
· Bring brand building initiatives to the attention of the OPteam members when they are not present in the meeting
· Assist Category Manager in category management projects
· Assist in the integration of Brand Marketing plans and Customer Business Plans into Customer Marketing Plans
· Assist in the execution of customized offerings special channel specific launches
· Assist brand building in the development of innovative themes concepts and solutions to meet specific countrychannel needs for brand
· Assist brand builders and Category Manager in the presentations to sales force
Key Skills amp Background
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Marketing Major is preferred
· Brand building andor field sales experience is an advantage
· Strong social skills
· A clear interest for the store
· Ability to “get people on board”
· Passion for shoppers
· Profound knowledge of work instore.
· Profound knowledge of customer structure and mechanisms
