Finance Responsible

Jotun Maroc was established in 2008 as one of the key markets in North Africa. We believe Morocco has a huge growth potential in North Africa and would like to strengthen its market position as well as the organization further in Morocco. We are currently looking for highly qualified and motivated individual for the position of Finance Responsible who will hold the role as the head of finance with both financial and business support responsibility towards Morocco market and will establish a culture of profitable revenue growth for the region through timely accurate and insightful financial and business analysis. This position will report to the General Manager Morocco and will be based in Casablanca.
Responsibility

• Finalise monthly tertiary financial results and MIS reporting to management.
• Coordinate summarise prepare Budgets forecasts strategies for the company.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve department goals.
• Ensure proper books of accounts are maintained as per Group accounting policy and in line with IFRS.
• Good Credit control managment
• Prepare and monitor cash flow and ensure optimum utilisation of working capital.
• Ensure TAX VAT Social Security compliance as per local regulations
• Ensure Final audit with external auditors and adhere to Group deadline
• Ensure adequate internal control procedures established and maintained.
• Ensure timely reporting in HFM as per corporate guidelines for Jotun Morocco and also ensure control procedures are in place

    • Qualifications
      

      • A bachelorMaster degree in finance
      • At least 5 years of experience within the same position.
