The work typically involves
· Planning and undertaking scheduled production plan in coordination with the management.
· Responding of production efficiency.
· Supervising engineering and technical staff.
· Obtaining specialist components fixtures or fittings and or any other items are related to production line.
· Managing budgets.
· Maintaining statistical and technical and production records.
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
· Ensurecompliance with qualified products in coordination with quality assurance unit.
. Managing stocks of supplies in coordination with the stores.
Shift and 'oncall' work may be required particularly where manufacturing equipment is in more than one shift operation.
Qualifications and background required
A BS of Eng. particularly in electrical manufacturing mechanical or production engineering is necessary for entry. Appropriate work experience is also necessary.
Experience knowledge and background in the following is a great plus
· Dealing with hydraulic presses.
· Understanding of welding processes
and welding execution.
. Understanding of heat treatment and powder coating lines operation.
