JD For Executive Assistant:
1) Organizing Meetings with potential partners, associates, clients. Give intro to company, arrange meetings with MD.
2) Attend to Clients visiting showroom/office, give tour and intro to company.
3) Doing Industry Research, identifying potential partners
4) Attending meetings w/ MD, and Design Team, ability to communicate well and explain dreamy designs to clients in a language that speaks of luxury
5) Managing Filing Systems, MOM's, and ensuring paperwork is fully organised.
6) Travel: Arranging Complex travel plans for MD, Staff, Coordination with Travel Manager in HO.
7) HR: Filing docs for Dubai Team, liaising w/ HR Head in HO, ensuring all paperwork in places for employees, arranging visas with PRO, organising medical etc.
8) Marketing: Coordinating w/ Marketing Team for Social Media, ensuring SM activity is upto the mark as per our strategy.
9) Admin: Drafting Corporate Circulars, Answering calls, organising Stationary, Ensuring showroom is well kept, cleaned and maintained upto company standards.
10) Event Planning: Managing, Planning and Coordinating domestic and international Events/ Shows
11) Media Relations: Corporate Communication and forming Press Releases, Writing interviews on behalf of MD
12) Assistant: Preparing notes before and after meetings for MD; managing client Database; managing MD diary/meetings; organising work and duties in a better way; ensuring time given to work on month to month goals. Giving rundown of all activities completed during the day, and all pending for the next day
