As part of our regional growth plans, we are currently looking for an Architect. This person works as part of an architectural design team, leading work on defined segments of a project with limited guidance and supervision of a Senior Architect or nominated supervisor. Role also includes supervision and mentoring of junior staff members.
Requirements:
An Architect must have completed five or six-year architectural degree program. h or in Architecture. Minimum 5 years post graduate experience.
Ability to fulfill all the duties and responsibilities.
Evidence of solid Architectural Design skills and understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines.
Effective communication.
Knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements, codes, regulations and submission requirements.
