Staff recruitment, retention and terminationsBenefits administration and staff compensationProactively organize and execute all matters dealing with the HR administration lifecycleWork with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunitiesCommunicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related lawsNegotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships, liaison with building management and oversee office operations
