Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Model store set up, budgets and cascade process across the MENA region.
- Accountable for effective forecasting and all related cost sign off for Model Store processes.
- Identify the requirements and drive the delivery of the Global VM strategy for the market.
- To collaborate with stakeholders across the MENA business and gain 100% Brand alignment across formats.
- To ensure consistency and to oversee the creation of VM training and compliance programs ensuring Global consistency for the Market.
- To oversee that VM is promoted as a profit center contributor.
- Accountable for effectively cascading engagement tools for MENA and subsequent compliance sign offs.
- Oversee the recruitment, budgets and cost effectiveness of the teams.
- Provide governance for any in market initiatives and projects.
- Define the level of expectation required from the VM team to ensure consistency and support/ mentor other markets to deliver the same.
