- Ensure the process of recruitment to fill vacancies for various departments/divisions is closed in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaises with consultants from time to time to gather feedback and share information to build the company's image.
- Oversee the management of the recruitment team and at time, support in closing offers for senior staff including closing their compensation etc.
- Liaise with Finance and the ERP to provide accurate information on employee salary ranges, allowances and leave balance for a smooth operation of the payroll.
