Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking to recruit for the position of
Cluster Director of Finance for 3 hotels within a Leading Hotel Chain.
Reporting to the Group Director of Finance you will be tasked with
managing and developing a finance team of 17.
The role is based in Saudi Arabia
Tasks:
*Driving the growth of the hotel
*Provide strategic oversight of accounting in order to exceed stakeholder expectations, enhance department image & maximize short & long term efficiency targets
*Creating policies to ensure conformity in bookings/registrations
*Training accountants within the Hotel
*Payroll returns
*Audit of all financial aspects of the hotel’s accounting
*Forecasting
*Assisting Hotel Admins with Budgets and in all administrative aspects
*Coordination of month-end closing
*Intercompany accounts registration and payments
*Setup of balance sheet reconciliations and control of them
*Registration and control of Payroll account
