Our client, an
Internationally recognized Corporate Banking Institution, is recruiting for an
IT Officer. You will be directly reporting to the Head of IT - KSA. This
position will be based in Riyadh-KSA
Duties:
• To perform 1st level of IT Support for departments in Riyadh branch and offices in Saudi Arabia (including BIC).
• To assist in ongoing fit out projects for the installation of IT infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure the availability of the systems and application across sites in KSA.
• Installation of hardware in line with the standards of the Group (Neos).
• Incident logging, handling system issues and closing the incidents within Turnaround time.
• Incidents follow up, adhering escalation and change management procedures.
• IT Production activities, including periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) tasks.
• Ensuring the hardware and software are at all times compatible to the latest IT Security, Audit and Control requirements, under the group IT Security Policy.
• Regularly monitoring of all servers and infrastructure equipment.
• Performing Daily task related to SARIE.
• Performing STELINK system administration and Support.
• Monitoring and ensuring the availability of IP Telephony equipment.
• CCTV and access control support.
• Ensure all IT related tasks for Central Bank and other regulatory Infrastructure and applications.
• Regular interaction with the different teams within the Regional IT Department on related subjects
• Collect and report regularly to the Line Manager Metrics and dashboards related to the team activities and to the budget.
• SADAD activities and support.
• To be a member in the centralization of IT helps Desk.
