Due to the position
transformation of the business and design of the new HR structure, my client is
seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background for
the HR function.
You shall play a key role in supporting the HR function and business on key HR projects and initiatives. The role will involve advising on HR matters, bringing in new ideas and working closely with the management team and all the internal stakeholders of the division. My client is seeking a strong HR Generalist and an individual who is keen to get involved in Change Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Operational HR duties. All of these responsibilities should be handled and aligned with the new strategy and structure.
Working across a matrix set up with regional coverage you shall be an individual who is able to manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure that deadlines and expectations are met. My client is seeking a candidate who is passionate about the Pharmaceutical industry and someone who keen to make an impression. For the right individual given strong performance there is an opportunity for this role to develop into a larger position, with a wider remit and scope in the next 2 / 3 years.
