This role is
responsible for achieving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales
performance,
customer satisfaction, and shrink results by overseeing the
operational aspects of the stores. It also directly manages a team of store
managers and support them in reaching store targets and in implementing
operational plans:
- Manages to improve the profitability of the stores by ensuring full product and service availability
- Collaborates with the commercial team to ensure effective product replenishment, movement, marketing and display and at all times
- Ensures sufficient manpower, and that well-trained workforce are onboard
- Formulates action plans and implements efficient operational policies and procedures
