The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing Human Resources and programs which are closely aligned with Corporate Human Resources and Middle East business strategy. Responsibilities
Ensure that the managed service contracts are updated as necessary to reflect current business needs Translate business requirements into legal and contractual rights and obligations Collaborate and work closely with other operations teams to ensure that the right scope of services are defined with the appropriate corresponding service level requirements Develop and supervise implementation of Service Level Agreements SLAs with vendors Manage maintain and update the contract risk register Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks Draft and review project legal documents to ensure that the managed service agreements are updated as necessary to reflect current business needs Provide invoice review and validation of bills against the contract terms and liaise with end business units regarding the same Oversee performance of managed service contracts and measure rights and obligations under the contract Work with stakeholders to builds consensus on vendor requirements set a negotiation strategy and collaborate in vendor management process Provide legal or contract related advice to executive management Recommends and or implements process improvements for suppliers and contracts management covering Fault Management Problem Management Configuration Management Change Management Maintenance Management Performance Management Security Management Negotiate vendor contracts and suggest improvements for risk management Oversee the processes adaptation for a migration from NOC Network Operations Center to SOC Service Operations Center Oversee change management process. Job Summary
This is a key role
supporting the work of Tabibi 24 7 on a very critical level. This position
includes a variety of support functions for Tabibi's patients and clinical
managers. These functions are related to overall coordination of workflow for
Tabibi's Operations Department including call center and fleet management as
well as managing a variety of communications requests as directed by the call
center and internal departments of Tabibi. This position will provide

Key Accountabilities
Deliver the smooth and efficient running of all booking and scheduling Oversees

Responsibilities • Responsible for day to day operations of network and computer systems.• Providing on site support for clients' LAN WAN environments• Monitors network performance and communications links.• Implements procedures to secure and protect system against unauthorized use.• Implements system backup procedures.• Maintains web servers email servers file servers application servers and database servers.• Installs new hardware and software.• Provides support to system users.• Documents system administration procedures.• Maintains knowledgebase of problems and solutions for ready reference.Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field plus 2 5 years experience in providing server desktop support in a Microsoft environment.• Demonstrated experience with Windows 2003 2008 2012 servers Microsoft Windows XP 7 8 and Microsoft Office 2007 2010 2013. Experience in Apple Mac.• To be adaptable and flexible and be able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions• Enthusiasm and a positive "can do" attitude• Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems• To work well within a team and highly collaborative environment• Excellent oral and written communication skills
