A CRO is required to ensure highest standards
of
customer service by providing the right
solution/information to
customers through
phone, fax, sms, email (or any other channel
of
communication) in an efficient, accurate and
secure manner meeting all
Targets/KPIs.
As contact center is a 24/7 environment the
CRO is
required to be flexible in terms of working hours and days
Candidate should possess following attributes
• Should be proficient in Portuguese and English language (reading, writing and speaking)
• Angola and Portugal national are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to make / take phone calls ensuring highest quality of service
• Should be a Team player.
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in using a computer
• Ability to work under pressure• Ability to analyze a situation and come up with solutions ensuring FCR (First call resolution)
Skills
• Should be proficient in Portuguese and English language (reading, writing and speaking)• Excellent Communication Skills & Interpersonal skills.
