    Job Description

    About Your Job:

    The job incumbent will support the Customer
     Experience team in research, data gathering,
     analysis and reporting of customer data;
     airport and stakeholder KPI/SLA monitoring.

    You will be responsible for the creation of MIS based on data collected through direct surveys, stakeholder SLA and KPI automated and manual reporting tools. Additionally, you will develop customised reports leading to actionable recommendations based on data related to customer insight.

    You would also be responsible for other functions that will all be utilised to align various business units for the aim of ensuring Doha International Airport's 5-star customer expereince level.

    About You:

    To be successful in this role, you need to have a minimum of 5 years experience of relevant airport experience, with knwoledge of airport specific operational process, systems and procedures.

    Proficiency in MS Office and experience in statistical software packages such as SPSS or SAS is a requirement.

    The ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and the capability of communicating insights from analysis to aid management decision making will be observed in our selection.
