    Job Description

    • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.
    • Create a prospective database for targeted market.

    • Managing the sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow up dates or other action required.
    • Carrying out extensive research via internet, telephone directories and any other methods to identify new markets and business opportunities.
    • Proactively follow up leads generated and close deals.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
    • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
    • Handling the administration for managing existing accounts.
    • Assisting the sales team with the completion of quotations & proposals to be send to client.
    • Collation and reporting of management information including KPI’s, quality audits, sales team targets monitoring as well as the development of management systems.
    • Maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude to clients, potential clients and staff and ensuring firm is always presented in a positive manner.
    • Use of computer system in accordance with Emerald . procedures,
