Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
Monitor trends in Social Media tools applications channels design and strategy.
Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business and report it.
Evaluate competitors activity online and creates weekly reports.
Manages Email Marketing Campaigns and creating content for it based on the targets.

Job Requirements
12 years of experience in social media or related field
Excellent copy writing editing and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Creative and able to come up with out of the box ideas
Fluency in English
BS in Communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations
