MAJOR OBJECTIVESnbsp

1. Accounting
nbspbullnbspnbsp nbspAssure filing of proper documentation and translation where required for every financial transaction in original copy and digital scan as per WRG policies and coordinate all documentation is handed in in a timely mannernbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssure proper entering of all financial transaction into Accounting software as per WRG policiesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspClosing of monthly accounting periods after approval from management team and as per WRG policiesnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspSupport internal controlling by IO and implement feedback from IOnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssist in regular cash verification and bank accounts reconciliationsnbsp
bullnbspnbsp nbspIn coordination with the Country Representative prepare the monthly payroll for local and appropriate expatriate staff and ensure monthly salariesallowances are paid on timenbsp

3. Logistics
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure correct procedures are followed for receipt storage and dispatch of goods.
bullnbspnbsp nbspUpdating Vendor and Inventory lists every week.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEstablish and maintain good contacts with suppliers local repairmaintenance shops government offices UN agencies and other NGOs with regards to logistical matters.
bullnbspnbsp nbspConduct price comparisons among suppliers in order to get the best deals.
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssist in the overseeing of all warehouse activities including systems and procedures for receiving recording and the issuing of stock.
bullnbspnbsp nbspAssist in the overseeing of the upkeep repair and general mechanical safety of vehicles.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure all purchases are backedshy?up with the correct paperwork according to law and WRG policies.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure all goods received are checked against Delivery Docket and any damaged or missing goods are reported in writing.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure WRG Goodsshy?In docket is completed for all goods received. Ensure stock cards are updated for all items to be stored.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure Fixed Asset Register is upshy?toshy?date.
bullnbspnbsp nbspEnsure local inventory records of all assets are maintained including communications equipment IT equipment amp office and living area furniture and equipment and undertake weekly monthly and quarterly stock checks and share reports.
