The IT BSSOSS Customer Project Manager Algiers or Client Project Manager” manages client projects and makes sure the objectives are achieved and customer expectations are met. He guarantees that the customer relationship is managed in the best possible way.
Responsibilities and tasks
The Customer Project Manager CPM establishes project plan baseline he defines project scope secures the necessary resources amp plans amp monitors all activities . HeShe drives project execution tracks project activities monitors amp handles changes conflicts amp escalations.
HeShe strengthens the relationship and trust with the customer by ensuring the progress of the project on time. HeShe runs the PampL and ensure the maintenance of profitability for the customer.
The Customer Project Manager participates in the business development of the company and is involved in the preparation of contracts and the presale meetings. Finally heshe brings his innovative ideas on CPM Customer Project Management practices to improve and simplify them.
Profile
Engineer or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in project management in the IT field or OSSBSS Field. A PMI certification would be a real asset. Experience in managing a complex organization of Virtual Delivery would be a real advantage to perform at such functions.
