Work
Reporting directly to the Business Development amp Operations Director the Algeria Commercial Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for driving field force effectiveness and productivity through the analysis design and tracking of field force activity and performance. As Algeria Commercial Effectiveness Manager you will provide recommendations on field execution of marketing strategies and operational excellence of the field force as well as on field force design sizing and territory alignment.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in business finance economics statistics mathematics or similar M arketingBusinessBusiness informatics professional qualification desirable D iploma in Market Research desirable Fluent in written and spoken French amp English mandatory.
Working experience required
Proven track record in a Business Intelligence Analytics role within the pharmaceutical sector e xperience in product management andor pharmaceutical sales e xperience in sales support and field force effectiveness p revious line management experience desirable.
