Develop and manage an effective and efficient distribution system to meet business objectives amp Ensure that infrastructure is fitforpurpose being responsible for overall distribution performance within the Company
- Define logistics requirements and structure warehousing amptransportation to ensure that availability is maximised in line with consumer segments’ requirements by trade channel and outlet type
- Plan manage sales amp distribution activities according to strategic directions
- Define inventory levels to be practiced by customers
- Define guidelines and systems for delivery planning and train field force in order to ensure their effective utilisation
- Define delivery routes for all customers and provide distribution directives to regional teams supporting them in their daytoday distribution activities
- Assist Business development manager in the definition of trade amp route to market strategy clarifying distribution perspective.
- Manage budget for the secondary supply chain amp propose goals and KPIs for the distribution activities and track on going results
- Gather generate innovative ideas related to distribution activities.
- Drive the implementation of TMampD systems.
- Build distributor capabilities through trainings and implementation of best practice .

Essential requirements
- 23 years' experience in tobacco or a similar FMCG category
- Functional knowledge in Trade marketing Customer engagement Logistics supply chain management
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management
- Working Proficiency in English
- Strong Influential amp Communication Skills
