· To provide a continuous coordinated and comprehensive risk management and security service ensuring that threats to company personnel assets and business operationsactivities within Algeria are properly identified evaluated and countered in a timely and cost effective manner.
· Provide timely advice based on analysisassessment of security risk threat and impact to enable well informed business decision.
· Contribute to Planning Cycle to meet Local Business and Regional Functional objectives.
· Develop and execute security plans to meet company business objectives.
· Continuously review implement and maintain effective security policy procedures and practices to ensure safety and protection of personnel assets information and business operational activities.
· Plan and conduct security enquiries investigations and reviews of security breaches.
· Coordinate Risk and Crisis Management processes to ensure that proactive assessment of planning for and management of Risks and Crises are carried out within the Company.
· Develop supportive and customer service orientated culture in the security team and leads them to act as a key supporting function adding value to the business and linking the Company guiding principles.
· Assess evaluate plan and arrange third party security and fire services. Monitor the effectiveness of contractual services and review service scopes.

Essential requirements
- In depth comprehensive knowledge of security management combined with previous experience in law enforcement or military service or corporate security in the private sector.
- Ability to identify and address key security issues to support strategic business needs.
- High level of communications skills with ability to explain and defend difficult issues with respect to key decisionscomplex concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment lead and harness assistance of others.
- Display a sound and mature judgementdecisionmaking ability Proven track record in providing strategic direction planning and establishing priorities that ensure an effective work structure which maximizes productivity and achieves goals.
- Ability to make swift balanced decisions in emergencies or when rapid response is required. Proven track record of strong leadership skills in the management of security operations.
- Be capable of cultivating and mobilising resources to obtain and collate detail on all threats or potential threats to the Company.
- Ideally a degree level qualification coupled with a relevant professional qualification of militaryandor police institution staff collegedefence college or equivalent and formal qualification in security management.
- Proficient in English Language at Business Level Written amp Spoken

- Able to carry out relevant risk assessments of the potential threats to personnel assets information installations and business operations and take appropriate security mitigation measures including the development of procedures and plans.
