We are searching for a Head of RampD within the Household Care division to lead and manage activities as listed below1. Coordinate RampD activities in Detergent division.
Coordinate RampD activities in Detergent division. Product Development Packaging Development Zero Production
Responsible for Formula Control system. Formula Issue Formula Circulation Formula updates
Defining and documenting Packaging specifications
Plan and control RampD budget
Communicate RampD activities with RampD MENA in Dubai.
2. Managing amp Monitoring of Competitors Analysis program
Consulting marketing team in product claims advertisements and promotions
Represent RampD department or local affiliate based on top management approval in scientific meeting outside Algeria.
Participate on Supplier Evaluation System for raw materials and packaging suppliers
3. Managing technical consumer service system for Detergent products Monitor the statistics and results coming from Toll free number agency if any to evaluate current products status in market in addition to conducting stores check and buy back audit programs if required.
Responsible for local affiliate Scientific relations and Algerian organization of Standardization regular meeting and presentation.
4. Responsible for scientific training for marketing Sales and Production teams regarding products formulations amp applications.
Supporting Purchase team for all Detergent specifications and technical advice to achieve best performance with the best prices in the right time.
