Troubleshooting.System Feature amp Parameter analysis and tuning for 2G amp 3G.Cell Parameter consistency checks.
Depending on the nature of deficiencies perform corrective
maintenance on discovered statistical problems or inform concerned
OampM personnel or report change proposals.
Secure the competence transfer to local staff.Propose Change Requests subject to result of Drive tests.
Business and financial awareness for the understanding of the implications that various procedures and actions will have on cost and
revenues.
