As a part of ETC Outside Sales Team, candidate will be responsible for
overall Technical knowledge support to facilitate the growth of ETC
Steel Castings business.
- Mentor role to ensure ETC technical capabilities are of high standards at all times.
- Key advisor for New Technology adaptations, New Investments and guiding to meet changing market demands.
- Detailed Technical Review & feasibility analysis of ETC Customer requirements.
- Study of aptness to manufacture & if within ETC Technical capabilities by studying Drawings & Specification will be the key role.
- Leading the New Products Development (NPD) activities. Detailed technical analysis, liaising with customer (including finalization of technical specifications) & ETC Operations during the execution (advise to supply chain on raw material procurement, stage inspections & progress monitoring) of new development is his vital role.
- Facilitate technical assistance in establishing New Customers.
- Provide preliminary cost analysis and impacts during technical reviews.
- Lead technical discussions and actively involve in Kick-off / Pre- Inspection Meeting with Customers & operational team.
- To technically advise and resolve supplies effected conflicts with customers
- Coordinate visits to ETC by customers and inspection agencies for technical audits.
- Assist ETC Sales team in preparing Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Manufacturing Process Procedures (MPP).
- Advising Sales Team to drive Machining revenue growth and coordinating with machine shop on technical aspects.
- Customer Non Conformances (NCR) evaluation.
- Assisting & advising Quality Control (QC) at all times
