food and beverage brand that's products are instantly recognisable. It has long
been seen as the leader within its field and attracts top talent from all over
the globe.
Its culture is one of collaboration,
interaction and transparency and its success has been mainly in part due to its
strategy to develop its people and harness their talent within autonomous,
strategic functional responsibilities.
I recently visited its office in
Kuwait and found a hard-working, driven culture within a team that pulls for
one another's (and the brand) success. There were no mavericks within this
brand; rather I observed a collective spirit of true teamwork and togetherness.
During my meeting with the hiring
manager for this Senior Food Development and Strategy role it was communicated
that whilst the brand is performing above expectations it has observed that the
food strategy needs to be amended in order to achieve its overall vision -
which is to be recognised as the food and beverage destination of choice for
its consumers.
This role is all about creating the
food strategy and vision followed by incorporating all of the implemental
tactics that follow in order to drive food sales of this global F&B leader.
You will be responsible for an excellent team of developers who work closely
with the marketing and sales functions in order to produce and present
exceptional food products across a number of categories. You will be the senior
lead regarding innovation projects, working with suppliers, in-house
manufacturing and third party manufacturers from across the globe, in order to
create top class food offerings across RTE, chilled, bakery, deli, dessert and
snacking categories
