1. Handling all HR Functions – Recruitment, Hiring, Payroll & Compensation, HR Administration, Employee Relations (In House & Client)
2. In House Recruitment & Administration for various processes
3. Coordination with PRO for Recruitment related tasks & activities adhering to the policies of company & Ministry of Manpower
4. Client Relationship for fulfillment of their recruitment requirements
5. Coordination with Internal Finance Department for Employees & Client requests
6. In House Recruitment & Administration for various operational processes
