The job will be located in Iran-
Tehran
*Ensure that Commercial strategies
and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned
with the vision and mission of the company Strategies.
*Lead the effective achievement of
the company Commercial - objectives through the leadership of the company
Marketing - setting individual objectives, managing performance, recruiting
qualified staff, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and
informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximise subordinate and overall
performance.
*Oversee the consolidation and
recommend the company Marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus
the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas
of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential areas of cost
reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
*Develop and oversee the
implementation of Co. Marketing policies, procedures and controls covering all
areas of Co. Marketing activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative
requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
to customers.
*Develop marketing business plans
for New brand launch across the territories with the aim of maximizing market
share, sales volume and profits. Plans should be in line with the marketing
strategies that he should analyze, recommend and agreed to ensure long-term
profit growth.
*Manage/development of new products
to take advantage of market opportunities and to defend the company business
against possible competitive inroads.
*Recommend, manage and control major
marketing funds in order to maximize return on investments. Also, allocate
sufficient funds to individual brand franchises to sustain and build the
business.
*Manage the development and
implementation of an effective advertising and promotional strategies and
effectively manage advertising agencies to ensure optimal creative output.
*Maintain the development, in
conjunction with Sales & Manufacturing, of accurate volume forecast by
brand for production planning purpose..
*Assess all competitive activities
and recommend actions and ensure proper implementing of agreed recommendations.
*To recommend, initiate &
implement timely PRICING ADJUSTMENTS, by monitoring and responding to internal
and external changes, in order to optimize profit.
*To Work closely with Market
Research & Product Development, in IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES &
RECOMMENDING NEW BRANDS LAUNCH, to ensure achieving development strategies.
*To prepare SALES PLANS ALIGNING
WITH SALES TEAM, in line with marketing budget and market potential, to ensure
the development of accurate volume forecast.
