Job Summary
Responsible for the organization and
management of the Hospital's Security Service operations, in accordance with
the needs to protect patients, staff, and the hospital property and
possessions
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Security Department man
power and resources, organizing staffing schedules to meet the needs for the
service.
• Prepare and operate department
policies and procedures that will ensure efficient and effective provision of
all high level security services to patients and staff, and the hospital
property and possessions.
• Supervise the Security Guards in
the performance of their duty.
• Investigate any crime reported to
have occurred on the Hospital's property, ensuring that the investigations are
carried out in a fair and judicial manner.
• Implements policies and procedures
to achieve hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality/
Performance Improvement.
• Perform other applicable tasks
assigned within the level of his competence, knowledge and skills, as required
by his Manager.
