Negotiations with suppliers and OEM's for capex's. Recommendations to then go
forward to the Manufacturing Director for final approval Signing of all PR's
related to production, quality and, maintenance based on "level of
authority" approval Sign off on acceptance testing of all new equipment
from OEM's
