Duties &responsibilities
•Support Company's philosophy and company culture through the use of guiding principles and d.e.l.i.g.h.t. as part of ensuring guest satisfaction andthe achievement of our mission statement.
•Directs the overall and daily work in the salon, including material and human resources must guarantee a quality service and client satisfaction accountablefor reaching targets and budgets control the salon invoices for sales and services elaboration, coordination and execution of the marketing activities.
•Responsible for maintaining salon staff image and representation of the salon responsible for planning and assignment of the daily work (with the concierge) able to give solutions to the problematic situations, which can eventually happen with the customers, in order to ensure the maximum satisfaction.
•Make decisions concerning the staff selection schedule training and take inventory of staff training control of the staff grooming standards and ensure all the services adhere to the standards set by the spa director.
•Responsible for staff incentives and motivation.
•Create ideal work conditions for staff; ensuring a hygienic and well-lit environment maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Scope of position
•The salon manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall salon staff and functions.
•In addition the direct functionality of the salon manager is to ensure that the hair salon is managed in accordance with hotel and spa standards and to keep the staff well trained in the latest techniques
