Job Title: Murex Support Consultant - Infrastructure and Production
Location: UAE
Reports to: System Support and Implementation lead
Responsibilities:
Support of the Murex application on the infrastructure, environment management and the technical support of production.
Responsible for gathering the BAU enhancement requirements from business and logging all the details in the tracking tool.
Plan, configure, test and deliver the BAU enhancements.
Qualifications:
7+ years' experience of Murex 3.1.
Expert in debugging Murex logs, database structure, core analysis.
Excellent knowledge of XML using XSLT, MxML format, SQL and other Murex languages.
Expert in the murex architecture and deep understanding of the technical infrastructure of Murex platform.
Experienced in technical support of the application and analysis of problems that incur on production.
