The IT project lead
will manage projects to deliver IT services for the company's branch
facilities. This team member will be responsible for leading the IT
infrastructure installation at new and expanding company facilities. The IT
project lead will utilize best practice project management disciplines to
define project milestones, assign and track project tasks, as well as ensure
that all stakeholders are engaged.
The IT project lead will facilitate and be responsible for 10+ projects of varying sizes.

Detailed Position Responsibilities
• Setup and run kickoff, requirements gathering, and project status phone calls
• Gather high level project scope and technical requirements
• Generate detailed project plans to ensure the project team has a clear plan and milestones
• Proactively manage scope to ensure what was agreed upon in the project plan is delivered
• Communicate to management project time frames, budgets, solution approaches, and staffing requirements per the project phases
• Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk
• Manage projects with proactive mindset; identify and resolve possible issues before they happen
• Proactively disseminate project information and status to all stakeholders via a status report
• Promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance
• Continuously improve project checklists and project management tools and processes
• Perform other job related duties as necessary
