2. Risk Management • Identify risks that could affect project plan
• Analyse and evaluate the impact of each identified risk
• Propose a risk mitigation plan
3. Project Charter • Define project scope (both functionality and data) based on customer and Client management direction
• Identify different stakeholders
• Secure approval and signoff
4. Requirements Management • Contribute in the requirements gathering with business analyst
• Secure customer approval on BRS
5. Quality Management • Follow up quality-related activities with QA team
• Communicate final QA report with the customer and secure approval
6. Teams Coordination • Own and coordinate client teams meetings
• Resolve cross-teams issue
• Follow up different teams' status and progress
7. Operations Plan • Develop User Manual
• Determine Go-Live approach
• Conduct training sessions for both Client Technical Support and Customer agents
8. Project Closure • Get final customer approval and signoff
• Update project documents to reflect all changes occurring throughout the project lifecyle
9. Daily Operations • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of (xxxxx) department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
10. Policies, Processes & Procedures • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
