Description
The role will work with senior leaders on devising and implementing talent management strategies and programs for leadership development
- Design and develop talent management processes from inception through to roll out.
- Identify learning potential within leadership team and manage development programmes
- Create assessment material and monitor development of professionals through thorough assessments and evaluation
- Provide coaching for leadership development programmes
Profile
To be considered -
- At least 10 years in a Leadership Development role, other areas of specialism will not be counted towards years experience
- Masters qualification in relevant subject
- Has experience of design and delivery of leadership development programmes from scratch without relying on external consultants. Is keen to be hands on and practical
- Process oriented, analytically minded
