Develop and strengthen
business relationships with business
and HR stakeholders and act as an advisor and a trusted partner to them on
designing custom solutions in Ghassan Aboud Cars and other areas as defined by
the HR Management. To support and develop the Human Resources team and ensure
growth and succession planning including recruitment, payroll,
compensation and benefits administration, Colleague relations, training and
development, performance management and corporate services.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Advanced
Diploma with equivalent years of experience

Certificate in HRM such as CIPD/ SHRM/ CCP will
be an added advantage

Strong English and preferably, Arabic language
skills (written and spoken)
