responsible for securing and maintaining a productive, diverse and engaged
workforce, comprised of
the best talent available. Through the design,
development and implementation of Human Resources strategies, the GM of HR
supports initiatives and associated design and execution in order to achieve
business results and sustainable growth. In partnership with the appropriate
functional HR areas, the GM of HR drives and deploys integrated local talent
management, employee development, employee relations, compensation, performance
management, and organizational transformation.
