The Paralegal must
build and maintain productive relationships with
business partners across the Group through the ability to work

cross-functionally to effectively deliver the role purpose. The role
holder will also work as advisor to the Legal & Compliance Division
both in the United Arab Emirates and abroad as may be required by the
Group as and when required.
- Bachelor of Laws degree from an internationally recognized university, or equivalent
- Legal practice and experience in more than one regional jurisdiction
is highly desirable, preferably at an international law firm
- Knowledge of corporate / commercial and/or banking and contractual issues
- Proven ability to work with matters of a confidential nature
- Legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in English is mandatory and Arabic desirable
