A multinational
company is currently recruiting for an Inventory Reconciliation-(6 months
contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Reviewing and
studying the details of current storefront operations
• Understanding all
files utilized to track inventory
• Update and review of
all trackers including but not limited to:
· Repair Tracker
· Master Tracker
· Safety Stock
Inventory Tracker
· Rotable Tracker
• Verify pricing and
quantities for all purchases/repairs back to SSS invoices/IBS/journal entries
• Liaison with
Repair/EA/3rd party vendors to audit records
• Correct Trackers as
necessary after review with Finance
• Ensure timely month
end cutoffs for tracker entries
• Provide backup for
all tracker variances
• Work with finance to
understand variances in all trackers vs. General Ledger
Deliverables:
• All trackers are up
to date and mirror entries in the General Ledger.
• Track the status of
reconciliation items on a weekly basis.
• Work through
discrepancies and roadblocks with the Storefront, Finance & Controllership
team until account is reconciled.
• Facilitate periodic
process reviews with the customer process owner.
