ROLE:
Assist the Organizational Development and Training team in the administration and development of needed tools and material with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and improving the business performance within the organization.
DUTIES SUMMARY:
- Assists in developing needed tools and material
- Conducts needed data entry
- Monitors the documentation tracking system related to the distribution, archiving and control numbering
- Ensures proper archiving and retrieval of all documents and records
- Corodinates meetings for OD and Training managers and external parties
- Uploads documents online and ensures efficient tracking system
- Performs data collection and archives for OD and Training
- Collaborates with different departments to ensure efficient improvement of the system
- Performs office work and other administrative tasks: reports, minutes of meeting, agendas, etc.
