Roles and responsibilities:
Providing an extraordinary level of customer service and become a chocolate expert§
Models a customer comes first attitude,§ genuinely greet and welcome customers to the store with enthusiasm
Understand product line and selling/ serving our premium chocolate to customers.§
Maintain the stock and make sure that our shops reflect our brand image at all times,§ by rearranging the merchandising.
Set up tray arrangements with chocolates for customers' events.§
Gift-wrap and packaging as needed items for sale per our Guidelines and Standards§
Assist Co-workers,§ Supervisor, and Management in providing superior Guest Service
Proper food handling,§ storage and expiration of products.
Maintain the order§ & cleanliness of the store.
