Position Description
Dans le cadre du développement du
Groupe Flowserve au Maroc au travers d'un partenariat avec l'OCP l'Entreprise
ouvre le poste de « Responsable d'atelier » exerçant le leadership opérationnel
au sein de cet atelier de réparation de pompes et de garnitures mécaniques
composé à terme d'une dizaine de personnes.
L'objectif principal de ce poste est
d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle de l'atelier sécurité avec 0 accident
qualité coûts livraisons à l'heure mais également le bon interfaçage avec les
différents collaborateurs du centre . Cette fonction reporte hiérarchiquement
au Responsable des Opérations au Maroc.
Les missions et responsabilités
principales sont les suivantes
- Participer à la mise en place du centre de service de JORF en lien direct avec le responsable hiérarchique et l'organisation Flowserve.
- Manager l'atelier de JORF et le personnel associé
- Mettre en place les procédures et process opérationnels au sein de l'atelier Procédure de réparation sécurité qualité etc
- Interface avec le client et le responsable hiérarchique pour définir les priorités
- Coordonner avec les « On Site Application Engineer » et « Field Service Engineer » les actions techniques à déployer analyse de cause de défaillance amélioration d'équipement etc
- Assurer l'exécution du carnet de commande avec pour objectif permanent la satisfaction des clients qualité et délai
- Mettre
en œuvre les outils et plans d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec
les fonctions support du Groupe.
Position Requirements - Cette fonction nécessite une expérience significative minimum 5 ans en lien direct avec l'activité Réparation et Service dans les pompes et les garnitures mécaniques et la force de vente.
- Une grande capacité d'adaptation est exigée pour intégrer la diversité des missions et des responsabilités.
- L'intervention à tous les niveaux de l'organisation usine clients vente management Groupe Flowserve impose une aisance relationnelle et la pratique courante de l'anglais.

mécaniques et la fourniture de pièces de rechanges
Position Requirements - De formation supérieure en mécanique
- vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine des machines tournantes.
- Vous avez le sens du service et souhaitez intégrer une fonction où vous serez amené à gérer en autonomie le parc Pompes amp garniture sur le site de l'OCP à Safi.
- Un niveau de connaissance affirmé et reconnu des pompes est une obligation
- une connaissance des contrôles non destructif et l'utilisation des systèmes informatiques ERP Pack Office est un plus.
- La maitrise de l'anglais au même titre qu'un esprit de synthèse sont indispensables pour ce poste.

Position Description
Dans le cadre du développement du
Groupe Flowserve au Maroc au travers d'un partenariat avec l'OCP l'Entreprise
ouvre le poste de « Responsable d'atelier » exerçant le leadership opérationnel
au sein de cet atelier de réparation de pompes et de garnitures mécaniques
composé à terme d'une dizaine de personnes.
L'objectif principal de ce poste est
d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle de l'atelier sécurité avec 0 accident
qualité coûts livraisons à l'heure mais également le bon interfaçage avec les
différents collaborateurs du centre . Cette fonction reporte hiérarchiquement
au Responsable des Opérations au Maroc.
Les missions et responsabilités
principales sont les suivantes
- Participer à la mise en place du centre de service de JORF en lien direct avec le responsable hiérarchique et l'organisation Flowserve.
- Manager l'atelier de JORF et le personnel associé
- Mettre en place les procédures et process opérationnels au sein de l'atelier Procédure de réparation sécurité qualité etc
- Interface avec le client et le responsable hiérarchique pour définir les priorités
- Coordonner avec les « On Site Application Engineer » et « Field Service Engineer » les actions techniques à déployer analyse de cause de défaillance amélioration d'équipement etc
- Assurer l'exécution du carnet de commande avec pour objectif permanent la satisfaction des clients qualité et délai
- Mettre
en œuvre les outils et plans d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec
les fonctions support du Groupe.
Position Requirements - Cette fonction nécessite une expérience significative minimum 5 ans en lien direct avec l'activité Réparation et Service dans les pompes et les garnitures mécaniques et la force de vente.
- Une grande capacité d'adaptation est exigée pour intégrer la diversité des missions et des responsabilités.
- L'intervention à tous les niveaux de l'organisation usine clients vente management Groupe Flowserve impose une aisance relationnelle et la pratique courante de l'anglais.
- Un niveau de connaissance affirmé et reconnu des pompes est une obligation
- une connaissance des contrôles non destructif et l'utilisation des systèmes informatiques ERP Pack Office est un plus.
