As a member of Development and Release Technologies you will be performing an IT technical role providing Tier 1 Support by providing technical solutions to issues maintaining servers used across the Vistaprint Business.
Your role will involve
- Provide excellent customer service
- Participate in and contribute to the implementation of industry best practices for Internal company application support
- Troubleshoot and solve common Continuous Integration issues Build system issues tracking down developer breakages monitoring test staging and integration environments
- Follow and implement security policies while carrying out desktop support
- Create proposals for tools amp process improvements based on the support experience
- Solution deployment installation migration configuration and disaster recovery
- Assist project teams with technical issues documentation and work on projects as needed
