Description
- Design, develop and implement learning programs ensuring they align with business vision and culture
- Research and engage with training facilitators and experts
- Constantly update knowledge on learning techniques and training models
- Develop training collateral
- Gather learning & development feedback and work on process improvements
- Partner with HR and senior leaders on learning & development initiatives and ideas
Profile
Candidates must have Learning & Development experience and ideally have UK work experience and best practice.
Degree educated in a HR or Business related subject
At least 5 years experience in design and delivery of training programs
Demonstrable experience in technical writing for training materials
Understanding of project management
