    ROLE OBJECTIVE:
    Provide leadership and manage the Human Resources and General Services functions with the objective of ensuring

    attraction, development and retention of human resources. Develop and administer human resource management
    policies across the organisation. Supervise and oversee the complete office administrative operations to ensure
    maximization of efficiency and effectiveness of services
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Develop organizational HR strategy aligned to business needs and aspirations of employees
    2. Oversee the design and implementation of consistent human resource management policies across the
    organisation
    3. Lead and supervise the training function in terms of monitoring the needs identification of all employees by
    coordinating with department heads to build capabilities in the organisation
    4. Review recruitment policies, sources and methods with reference to the requirements of various departments
    5. Negotiate and process contracts with placement agencies and external consultants on costs for sourcing and
    recruitment
    6. Provide overall supervision and guidance to the performance management process through discussions with
    departmental heads
    7. Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements related to wage and salary administration and the
    maintenance of relevant records for the same
    8. Supervise the grievance resolution process in the factory premises through informal and formal means
    9. Implement welfare measures for all employees based on approved plans
    10. Ensure upkeep of office machinery & equipments in efficient working condition
    11. Supervise vendor management, travel, housekeeping and security management
    12. Identify contractors for various general services by coordinating with listed companies
    INDEPENDENCE OF OPERATIONS:
    Works in close coordination with Department Heads and the Chief Executive Officer. Reports to the CEO
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    A. Post Graduation in HR Management from reputed institute
    B. Atleast 15 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of leading the HR function in an organisation and a
    minimum of 3 years of leading the general services function in an organisation of at least 200 employees
    C. In-depth knowledge of various HR functions viz., Compensation, PMS, Training, Recruitment
    D. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
    E. Knowledge of relevant labour laws
