Our Client is a large leading Dubai
Government Entity looking for Project Manager, who will be responsible for all
projects (roads, infrastructure, and buildings). Key players in communication
between Palisades and authorities. Monitor, follow up and control contractors
work on site.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Review the roads and infrastructure design.
- Follow up the work progress and be able to evaluate the construction quality.
- Coordinate with consultant and contractor site staff.
- Report to PDC management the development of construction.
- Handing over the plots to the buyers and review their development status.
- Design a detailed implementation plan for the project.
- Prepare a budget for the project & ensure compliance.
- Monitor execution of all projects run in Palisades, perform regular inspection for the construction work and ensure compliance with regulations.
Update regularly Project master plan.
- Coordinate with governmental authorities for required approvals (DEWA, Dubai municipality, etc).
- Prepare a monthly status report about the project status.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
